What Is an SMS Segment?
SMS providers charge based on segments rather than individual conversations. A standard text message can contain up to approximately 160 characters. Longer messages, emojis and some special characters may cause one message to be divided into multiple billable segments.
EverStaff keeps automated messages concise wherever practical to reduce unnecessary usage.
Incoming customer replies are included under a reasonable fair-use policy. The included SMS allowance is intended for genuine customer communication, lead response, appointment management and follow-up. It does not include bulk promotional campaigns, purchased contact lists or unsolicited mass messaging.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that marketing messages are sent only to customers who have provided appropriate consent. Automated messages must accurately identify the business and provide an unsubscribe option where legally required.

What Is Included?
Setup and onboarding
Your setup fee covers workflow planning, AI employee configuration, integrations, testing, staff handover and launch support.
Calls and messages
Usage allowances for calls and SMS depend on the selected package (500 / 1,500 / 3,000 outbound SMS segments per month). Any additional usage charges will be clearly explained before launch.
Integrations
EverStaff can connect with supported calendars, CRMs, phone systems, forms and business tools. Custom integrations may require a separate quote.
Support
All packages include ongoing monitoring and support. AI Front Office customers receive priority support.
Contract terms
3-month minimum term, then month-to-month. Cancel anytime after the minimum term. Pay annually and save 10%.
GST
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
